1 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup water
1 dessertspoon goji berries
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon flax seeds, freshly ground
¼ cup mixed berries – blueberries, strawberries, goji
1 dessertspoon pistachio nuts, shelled
1 teaspoon grated coconut
- Soak oats and goji berries and cinnamon in water overnight
- In the morning, add berries and pistachios
- Freshly grind flax seeds, mix with grated coconut and serve on top
