Description

Ingredients

8 lamb cutlets, trimmed
1 tablespoon macadamia oil
1 pomegranate, seeds only
2 limes, quartered
1 knob garlic, halved, roasted (optional)
1/4 cup Black Betty Bam


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Brush cutlets with macadamia oil and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, spread Black betty Bam over cutlets.
  5. Serve with pomegranate and a squeeze of lime – and roasted garlic if you prefer.
