So there I was tweaking a few recipes when a Black Betty Bam customer pings out of the blue on Facebook and shares this great story – and recipe! Thanks Cathy Mueller!
“Hi there, I just wanted to let you know I have developed a little recipe using your lovely Black Betty Spread. It’s a “Black Betty, Peanut and Date slice and it’s delicious and super nutritious. Feel free to share with your customers. The Black Betty adds a kick of salty Umami flavour like a salted caramel taste. I love it and so does the family. My daughter Jordon is a naturopath and herbalist and has been promoting on her Instagram page for you too.
