Samantha Gowing is the consulting Wellness Chef and CSR Ambassador for 2024 with Club Med Asia Pacific, and is the consulting healthy cuisine chef and clinical nutritionist to Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
Sam works with leading commercial brands to help bring their wellness and nutrition philosophies to their audience. National clientele includes Primex, Pocket Herbs Microgreens national campaign Nuttelex, Brookfarm and Chris Dips.
Chef Sam Gowing holds a Master’s degree in Gastronomic Tourism at Le Cordon Bleu and presents online learning programs worldwide.
Sam has previously been the Australian Ambassador for Consorcio Jamon Serrano, an association of Spanish business that represents the leading brands of Serrano Ham.
She has also been a personal chef to the Hemsworth family in Byron Bay.
