We are excited to welcome Sam from Byron Bay Cooking School to introduce us to her food as medicine philosophy. In this class you’ll learn how to heal your digestion, create healthy recipes for the whole family and understand the healing properties of food. Sam will be sharing uncomplicated, easy to integrate recipes for optimal every day wellness, and will discuss food choices including seasonal ingredients, the healing properties of good food and the debunking of fad diets and food trends.
