Ingredients
100 g chicken strips
60 g celery, finely sliced
25 g kale, shredded
100 g Chinese cabbage, shredded
1/2 tsp coriander, chopped
1/2 tsp parsley, chopped
1/2 lime, juice only
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp Goddess dressing (recipe below)
Instructions
- In a non-stick wok, heat 1 tablespoon of the Golden Goodness, add chicken strips, and stir fry for a few minutes on a moderate heat until chicken is cooked through.
- Add celery, kale and Chinese cabbage. Stir fry until wilted.
- Transfer to a serving plate and add coriander, parsley and a squeeze or fresh lime.

Description
This golden sauce is the basis for so many recipes. It works as a dressing, a marinade and a sauce. This makes about 1 cup, so store for later as required, you’ll only need about 1-2 tablespoons.
Ingredients
20 g fresh turmeric, minced
175 ml apple cider vinegar
40 ml tamari
10 g ginger, minced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes or cayenne
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Process until smooth and foaming.
- Transfer to a glass bottle, jug or jar. Seal well and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
