Turmeric Cashew Dressing
- Yield: About 1.5 cups 1x
- Diet: Vegan
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 30 minutes, drained
1 lime, juice of
3/4 cup macadamia nut oil or olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 cm piece ginger, peeled
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Water to blend if required
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until ultra-smooth and creamy.
- Add more water if required for preferred consistency.
- Transfer to a sterilised glass jar, seal with a lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
