Jazzy’s Wild Orange Truffles

These little beauties were such a hit at the recent Evolve yoga festival in Byron Bay. Sous chef Jazzy whipped them up and insisted that the Yogis could only have one if they signed up to our Now and Zen newsletter!

4 drops wild orange oil or 1 teaspoon orange zest
½ cup almonds
½ walnuts
½ cup raisins
¼ cup goji berries
¼ cup dried blueberries
¼ cup raw cacao
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ shredded coconut
¼ cup maple syrup

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a crumb like texture
  • Shape into golf ball sized balls and chill for at least 20 minutes to firm – or freeze for up to 14 days*We use this brand of wild orange oil
