Jazzy’s Orange Truffles
Ingredients
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 shredded coconut
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a crumb like texture
- Shape into golf ball sized balls and chill for at least 20 minutes to firm – or freeze for up to 14 days
