Samantha Gowing is a chef, nutritionist, business mentor and self-published author of The Healing Feeling – Recipes & Remedies from Australia’s Leading Spa Chef. Food and music are long time passions of Sam’s, dating back to her days as publican at Gowings Grace Darling Hotel in Collingwood. These days Sam shares her passion for great health, spreading the word that being healthy doesn’t mean being boring!
Dr. Nat Kringoudis is a doctor of Chinese Medicine and founder of The Pagoda Tree, a women’s health and natural fertility clinic in Melbourne.
