Roast cinnamon pumpkin

Roast cinnamon pumpkin

Ingredients

Scale

½ small-medium Jap pumpkin, peeled, cut 8 wedges, seeds removed

¼ cup macadamia oil

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. In a large bowl toss pumpkin wedges with oil, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray.
  5. Roast for about 25 – 35 minutes until tender.
