I can’t take all the credit for this little recipe because my super smooth chef Jasmine  did all the work, but she insisted I call it this so here it is. We have one of these every morning when working together at a health retreat. It’s packed full of everything a chef could need for a long hot stint in the kitchen.
1 handful green leaves, washed and dried
½ cup assorted berries of your choice
1 coconut – water only, save the flesh for making coconut yoghurt
2 teaspoons ground chia seeds
1 teaspoon mesquite
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 teaspoon cacao
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth
- Add a little ice if desired
