Cauliflower, cashew crunch
This crunchy winter warming bake is quick and easy and can be put together very quickly with existing pantry items. Substitute cashews for almonds if preferred. You can also dry bake with no oil at all if using baking paper - I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised with the flavour!
